Your role on the night
- Provide friendly customer service and event information
- Manage access at entry and exit points
- Enforce conditions of entry
- Guide, direct, and manage large crowds to ensure safety and smooth movement
- Monitor behaviour and ensure RSA compliance
- Respond to and report incidents
- Protect assets and secure restricted areas
- Maintain accurate security records and reports.
What we're looking for
- NSW Security Licence (1A)
- Current First Aid certification
- NSW RSA Card
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation and customer service focus
- Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork.
