Rostering Coordinator

About the Role

ACESGroup is seeking a proactive and highly organised Rostering Coordinator to support our aviation operations from our Redfern Services Support Centre.

This is a fast-paced, operational role where you will take ownership of rostering outcomes across critical aviation sites. You’ll be trusted to anticipate gaps, solve problems in real time, and keep operations running smoothly—without needing constant direction.

Office-Based Stability - Enjoy a 100% office-based role in our well-connected Redfern Services Support Centre.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Manage daily and forward rosters across multiple aviation sites
  • Proactively identify and resolve coverage gaps, risks, and last-minute changes
  • Coordinate workforce availability to meet operational and compliance requirements
  • Liaise with supervisors, operations teams, and stakeholders to fill shifts efficiently
  • Ensure timesheets are reviewed and processed daily, maintaining accuracy and payroll compliance
  • Maintain accurate rostering data and support reporting/admin processes
  • Take ownership of rostering performance and service delivery outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination
  • Background in aviation, security, transport, emergency services, or other 24/7 operations highly regarded
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to take initiative and work autonomously within established procedures
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability
  • Confident using rostering systems and Excel
  • NSW 1A Security Licence, preferably with Aviation Security experience (not essential but highly regarded).
Essential Requirements
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and after-hours, is essential
