As a Security Officer, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining safety and order during the festivities. Responsibilities include:
- Offering friendly customer service and event information
- Managing access at entry and exit points
- Enforcing conditions of entry
- Guiding and directing crowds
- Monitoring crowd behaviour and ensuring RSA compliance
- Responding to and reporting incidents
- Securing restricted areas and protecting event assets
- Maintaining detailed security records and reports
What We’re Looking For:
- NSW Security License (1A)
- Current First Aid certification
- NSW RSA Card
- Experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Professional personal presentation
- Reliability and punctuality
