Your Role
As a Security Ranger, you will play a vital role in maintaining safety, protecting assets, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
• Engaging with visitors, providing guidance, information, and assistance.
• Conducting regular pedestrian and vehicle patrols to safeguard assets.
• Monitoring public behaviour to ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Responding to incidents as a first responder and reporting detailed outcomes.
• Managing facility access control and maintaining security records.

What You Bring
We’re looking for someone who has:
• A valid NSW 1A Security Licence (held for at least 12 months).
• A current First Aid and CPR certificate.
• A valid Full NSW Driver’s Licence.
• A Current NSW RSA Card.
• Additional certifications (or willingness to obtain): SEINS, Traffic Control, White Card, Fire Warden.
• Superior communication and customer service skills.
• Availability to work on a 24/7 rotating roster.
