As ACESGroup continues to expand its aviation security footprint, we are seeking an Aviation Lead – Trainer and Assessor to take ownership of our aviation training capability and play a critical role in shaping the next generation of aviation security professionals.
This is a newly established leadership role with genuine influence — ideal for an experienced aviation security professional ready to step into a senior training, standards, and compliance position with real impact.
About the Role
Reporting to the RTO Manager and working closely with Aviation Operations, Recruitment, and Compliance teams, the Aviation Lead – Trainer and Assessor is responsible for the end-to-end leadership, delivery, and continuous improvement of ACESGroup’s aviation security training programs.
